Hop in for an epic drive through Oregon’s nature, wildlife and – most importantly – breweries.
As I opened my eyes to the sunshine and chirping birds of nature oasis Bend, Oregon, I knew I was screwed.
“Noooo!” I groaned, as the glaring, hot sunlight covered my face. “I can’tttt, mom, I can’t!”
Now, let me preface this by saying I’m a slightly dramatic baby when I’m hungover. Like, the kind you want nothing to do with and pray, pray, and pray some more that said infant will fall back asleep until dinner.
But I don’t.
I can’t sleep when I’m hungover, so my mom and brother had to deal with a cycle of groans and cries for Advil until we reached Smith Rock State Park.
Yes, I pulled it together enough to shower and go hiking. {Pats herself on the back.}
As you’ll see in my Oregon craft beer road trip vlog below, Smith Rock State Park was a struggle. A big ol’ hungover struggle for lightweight Stephanie, but what did I expect on a road trip with at least three to four breweries per day?
If you want to laugh as I stumble over words and struggle with life, fast forward to the 2:50 minute mark. Otherwise, grab a beer, enjoy the scenery and cheers with me to a successful, oh-so-fun road trip through Oregon!
